Sulaco emergency escape vehicle

Alien 3 (1992) · EEV

The Alien 3 escape pod adds another craft to my Alien collection. It was the first model I bought as 3D-print files and printed myself.

Its uneven shape is quite different from the other ships. The original display holds it at an angle, showing the broad panelled section and the narrower side module.

A little background

The EEV carries the sleeping survivors away from the Sulaco at the beginning of Alien 3, before crashing on Fiorina 161. Its capsule-like shape is a different approach to escape craft from the Nostromo’s Narcissus shuttle.
